As work

In each session I combine techniques from my two sources of therapeutic knowledge: Physiotherapy and Osteopathy. In each treatment the most appropriate techniques will be used depending on the condition, age and previous pathologies of the patient.

Initially, the patient's medical history is drawn up in which all the complementary tests that may be provided (Medical reports, X-rays, Ultrasound, MRI, etc.) will be reviewed and an exhaustive physical examination is carried out to conclude with an osteopathic diagnosis that will guide the therapeutic actions.

Once we have determined the osteopathic diagnosis, we will choose from a wide range of manual techniques whose effectiveness I have proven over more than 20 years of clinical experience.

To complete the therapeutic circle, with each treatment a follow-up evaluation and prevention of recurrences is carried out. To do this, depending on the needs of the patient, I use different methods. Mainly: interviews through video calls, verification questionnaires, exercises, eating guidelines ... etc.

What techniques do I use

Vertebral Manipulations

Painless vertebral joint readjustments .

They release blockages. They decrease muscle tension. They improve mobility. They have a neurological reflex effect.

Joint Adjustments

They regain affected mobility. They eliminate pain and inflammation. They facilitate body balance. They allow to recover old injuries (sprains, tendinitis)

Cranial Osteopathy

They are a set of bone mobilization techniques that allow to effectively treat very different disorders such as headaches, dizziness, stress and anxiety, hearing, eye, respiratory injuries ... etc. This technique has an important reflex effect on other parts of the body.

Visceral Osteopathy

Masotherapy

Set of body massage techniques for various purposes.

Relaxing, decontracting, circulatory, sports ... etc.

It produces an intense well-being and is a basic tool for the treatment of muscle pain and the functional rehabilitation of any injury.

Diacutaneous Fibrolysis

Technique that uses a set of stainless steel hooks to release adhesions formed between the cutaneous and muscular planes. We thus facilitate optimal muscle movement, reducing inflammation and eliminating pain.

Essential to rehabilitate tendinitis and repetitive contractures.

KinesioTaping

Multipurpose neuromuscular bandage technique. It does not limit movement, relieves pain and eventual inflammatory problems by normalizing muscle tone. Very frequently used in the treatment of low back pain, neck pain and tendinopathies. These bandages are a great help in recovering from sports injuries.

Myofascial Stretches

Muscle elongation techniques that restore elasticity and functionality to the joints involved. Its use is indicated for multiple musculoskeletal conditions and is a basic rehabilitation treatment . They are techniques that are usually prescribed to patients as preventive therapy for recurrences.
